Canal Évasion got a new accomplice

Canal Évasion, the french canadian cable television network, launched a brand new website that leverages its content and simplifies its navigation.

LVL*Studio rethought the website architecture and contributed to its deployment, with the collaboration of Scalpel Design, in charge of the look and feel.

This redesign is part of the cable television network’s rebranding, that includes an advertisement campaign, the creation of a new logo, a fresh tagline and a new jingle.

Video Service Platform (VSP) 9500
Development partnership with Nortel

lvl*studio is joining in the Video Service Platform (VSP) 9500, a new video developer program from Nortel.

That program assist third-party developers to create applications that help service providers meet growing demand for advanced video services like sharing media across multiple devices – computers, TV, mobile devices.

Nortel’s VSP Developer Program lets us deploy our applications on a variety of network types without the headaches that would normally accompany such deployments.

Kaboum strikes again!

Good news for the kids: LVL*Studio has just released thrilling new games on Kaboum’s website, a popular French Canadian TV Show for kids broadcasted on Télé-Québec.

These games target kids 6 to 9 years old, which is quite a challenge for a group this age as their reading capabilities vary greatly.

Just like the TV show, the games take place in a mysterious grocery store, filled with hidden passageways and funny villains. Each game includes original animations and uses advanced physic engines to bring a rich and exciting experience.

Subscribers to Videotron’s illico Digital Service can also carry on Kaboum’s adventures on ITV with two new activities, including a multiplayer variation of a chess game.
